Customer First Standard

The Customer First Standard is the national standard for customer service, ensuring businesses and organisations offer an extremely high level of quality customer service. International Property Agents is the first UK property company to be awarded with the coveted standard.

The Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants (FOPDAC)

FOPDAC has strict codes and guidleines with which International Property Agents, and all other members, have to comply to be a member.

What Green Home Award 2008

Flip Flops Meltemi has been highly commended by a new kitemark scheme that 'denotes developments that it feels are worthy of recognition because of their commitment to sustainability'. The What Green Home Award is graded over five strict categories including zero-waste and sustainable water and was set up to highlight the impact of climate change and the role the built environment plays in the process. It aims to raise awareness and draw the public's attention to developments worldwide that are genuine and intent in their practices.
