The Background

On 3rd August 2005, International Property Agents was born. The four directors; Gordon and Janice Lyons and Koray and Eray Sunbul all had experience in overseas property, and wanted to develop a company which would work against the majority of the overseas property industry; offering excellent customer service throughout the whole process of choosing, purchasing and owning an overseas property, whilst offering top-quality products at affordable prices.

Because of this company ethos, the turnover for the company's first year was more than £1m, propelling us into the limelight, with all the local press wanting a piece of us! Because our reputation reinforces our ethos; providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all clients are 100% happy with the properties they purchase, the company quickly picked up speed and began growing at a rate of knots.

In April 2006, International Property Agents launched it's first development; Marina Vista, which sold out in little over ten weeks.

October 2006 brought the launch of Viva Mar, which is already more than 60% sold. Both these developments are located in Altinkum, on Turkey's Aegean coast.

Flipflops is the third development from International Property Agents. Located in Gulluk, near Bodrum in Turkey, this development is named flipflops, as the name is essentially an analogy for the 'livabiliy', that it improves with use, the synonymy with holidays and sunshine whilst still being functional and practical.

Testimonials

After first contact with Gordon and Janice I was left feeling that this was something I could not miss out on. The total open, honest dealings left me feeling quite happy. This is why I am happy to buy my second apartment this month. Eddie Black, Lancashire, June 2007 Everyone concerned with International Property Agents have been excellent with any questions or concerns we might have had. Not only in Britain but also in Turkey the people working for the agency have been more than helpful and courteous. Angela Harrison, Lancashire, June 2007
