May we just pass a few comments regarding why we chose (Flip Flops) Meltemi out of all properties on offer - of which there are so many. First the quality of build and furnishings are of the highest quality - as shown to us in previous builds. Both the proximity to the airport and actual position of the site are of paramount importance and couldn't be better.
With wonderful views out to sea, the design gives all the apartments excellent views and the layout has been planned to give maximum space, also the site having a 24hr concierge is a massive plus.
The web site is so informative with loads of useful info plus the "Development Diary" with reports and pictures , keeping buyers up to date - so important when buying off plan . This coupled with the helpful and friendly team both in England and Turkey and the quality of build has made it a plesasurable experience so far.

Not only is it within a few minutes drive of an International Airport and on a hillside with never to be built out views of the Aegean but the choice of township is excellent. I am just writing to say I had a wonderful experience whilst on my viewing trip in Altinkum recently. We were met by one of your reps Yusuf who was an absolute joy to be with. Yusuf went out of his way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Yusuf showed us all the interesting sites in Altinkum as well as a varied array of properties. Even after we had chosen our property and signed the contract we were still given the 5 star treatment by Yusuf as he continued to spend his weekend taking us to many, many various furniture shops. We chose various pieces for our apartment, changed our minds, and changed them back again. Yusuf was as patient as a saint, offering help and advise throughout. 

I would just like to say that if it wasn't for Yusuf's wonderful personality, knowledge and guidance I am not too sure we would have purchased a property in Turkey, as it is a very daunting time and emotions certainly run high, but he made us feel at ease throughout the whole experience. 

Since my return I have spoken highly to many friends and colleagues about just how easy it is to become a home owner through them and how they take away the pre anticipated doubt and fear of the whole experience. 

I am over the moon about our purchase and just wish I had done it sooner.

My very first contact with IPA was a good indicator as to how friendly and yet thorough and professional a team they were going to be. Kate showed unlimited patience as she answered my numerous questions and she worked hard to arrange a viewing trip to meet my particular requirements.

Once in Turkey Janice, Yusuf and Gordon all made me feel very welcome and they made sure that I had ample time to look at the options on my shortlist, as well as getting a feel for Altinkum, Bodrum and Gulluk.

There was no high pressure selling (one of my fears) and again all my questions were answered fully and honestly. It didn't take long for me to decide that a two bedroom apartment at Viva Mar was the one for me and the purchasing process began as soon as I returned to England.

It has been very straight forward to far and I'm now looking forward to the completion of the development and returning to Turkey to enjoy some more Turkish hospitality and sunshine!
