Altinkum

Altinkum, Turkey is famous for it's three long, lazy beaches which give rise to it's name, the literal translation for 'golden sands'.

Altinkum is perfect for all the family; from rugrats to retirees, adrenalin junkies to little monkeys, as there's something for everyone in Altinkum, Turkey. Of course the minimum of 300 days sunshine each year, really friendly people, and low cost of living help as well!

Altinkum's main beach is generally the most popular due to it's location, length and facilities. To get to Altinkum's second beach, stand with the sea in front of you and walk to your left. Second beach is smaller than main beach, but with the same facilities and a more chilled out atmosphere. Altinkum's third beach can be accessed by a free bus that's operated by Altinkum's business people. All three beaches have shallow waters for around 100m, perfect for keeping the little 'uns cool during the day!

Altinkum positively comes alive in the evening, with a huge range of restaurants and bars offering food and drinks for reasonable prices, and more entertainment than you can shake a stick at...
