Complex Management

Complex management is a new service introduced by International Property Agents to effectively maintain and administer sites/complexes.

Our service is aimed at complexes in excess of 10 apartments or villas and includes the some or all of the following components:-

• Establish residents' committee and administer the committee and legal aspects of the site with the elected members
• Provide site security
• Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
• Garden and communal area maintenance
• Internal communal area/lift maintenance
• Deal with all utilities for the site
• Maintain regular contact with all owners on the site by email and postal means
• Liaise with residents committee to develop maintenance and improvement plans for the site/complex

Our service is based upon a minimum contract of 12 months. At the beginning of each year you'll receive a fixed monthly cost for the complex management service for the following year. This will include all of the services we've itemised at the beginning of the agreement. We aim to provide a cost efficient and high quality service to all residents. Strong managing agents ensure your property, and the investment you have made, are protected.

The department is split between our UK and overseas offices to ensure that whether you're at home or away, you always have a point of contact with International Property Agents to ensure our service is of maximum benefit to you.
